Full description

This lovely vintage map bunting has been upcycled from a vintage World Atlas, published in 1961. The vintage maps in this atlas were in fabulous colours - lovely duck egg blues and minty greens.

This listing is for ONE garland of bunting with 12 scalloped circles, each 9cm in diameter. The garland has been threaded together with strong linen thread. If the flags were placed end to end on the thread, the bunting would be 108 cm (3ft 6 in) long. We’ve included additional thread so that you can spread the flags out if you want to – they slide easily – and there will still be plenty of thread to hang up the bunting.

The flags on your bunting may not be exactly the same as those on the photos but will be equally lovely!

This garland would combine beautifully with our traditional triangular bunting – also made from this atlas and available here – http://folksy.com/items/3352942-Map-bunting

And with our butterfly bunting (see the last photo) made from the same atlas and available here – http://folksy.com/items/3409098-Bunting-butterfly-bunting-

To complete the theme for a party or wedding, why not add some map confetti for table decoration - http://folksy.com/items/3404070-Map-Confetti
