A little bit of art to keep or give away... printed onto acid-free heavyweight paper, the black and white image is perfect for any make-do-and-menders or fans of the old fashioned. Pin it up or hang from a string line abpve your desk with a bulldog clip for inspiration.

Each mini-screenprint is approx. 12.4 x 12.4cm. They are all slightly different- they are handpulled at home, using a screen that had the image drawn freehand into it. The print is signed on the reverse.

The print is supplied in a clear wrapper with cardboard stiffener in envelope. Where possible I use recycled cardboard. The price includes second class postage within the UK.

I'm reading Nella Last's diaries (Mass Observation diaries recorded everyday life fin Britain from the 1930s onwards). Nella, writing in 1943, describes making dolls out of scraps and the satisfaction it gives her to see something form in her hands. This sums up perfectly the ethos of upcycling, avoiding waste and making by hand. Her diary entry inspired a tribute to the humble needle and thread!
