I love making these little Dorset buttons. They are so small that the colour becomes important. It is fun trying out different colours and colour combinations.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This is for one handmade Dorset Button so you can try it before you buy the set. This way you can decide if the size and colour match your garment - if you are going to sew it on clothes; or however you choose to use the button. Some people use them in jewellery, or as embellishments for bags and purses.
You choose the colour.
If you then continue to buy a set of 6 (incl. sample button) or more, I will reimburse you the price of postage of this single button.
They are handmade using the traditional Dorset Button craft. Dorset buttons were a way of making buttons before the Industrial Revolution.
They are made using a ring (in this case plastic) and wrapping and weaving thread round and through the ring. I use embroidery thread (floss).
I love making these and trying out different colour combinations.
These buttons are made using a 100% cotton. I use DMC thread or Anchor thread and am able to get many different colours. Please contact me with the colour you wish. If you are not sure then I can point you in the direction with a colour chart.
The buttons can be one single colour or two or more as in the example in the photos.
They are approximately 1.5 cms (half an inch)in size.
Because these buttons will be made for you, please add an extra 2 days to the normal delivery times. Thank you.
These buttons can be used simply as buttons on a garment or sewn or stuck as embellishments.
