The sun does occasionally shine here and if you happen to be on a wind swept cliff looking at our rugged and lonely shores, you would see this. Sea green where the water rolls over the sand, turquoise, aqua blue, grey troughs and shimmering crests. How would you ever be depressed.

I made a set of three sizes of this plate and took them to a craft fair. They sold on their first outing! You are purchasing the 30 cm square plate here which will be made to order within three weeks.The colours are my very favourites in a strip concoction of blues, turquoise and a wonderful sea green. There is a little hint of lilac and strands of iridescent wave fronts. I can match the photos within the natural variations of hand made items. If you wanted particular colour arrangements I could accomodate you if we discuss it in a conversation.
The plate pictured is the 30cm size. The coloured glass was cut and laid out then capped with a layer of clear glass. The textured decoration was laid on the top and the glass was fired at 800 degC in the kiln. The plate was then refired on a swoop mould to form the very attractive, clean lines of this plate.
We are willing to ship outside the UK if you contact us for a shipping price first.
