In the 1979 I entered my first design competition for which I designed and made a crochet shoulder bag. This bag is a adaptation of my original design.

Full description
Hand Crocheted Shoulder Bag that will look great when out and about. It has two crocheted handles. It is fully lined with a Retro Beige patterned lining. The bag is strong enough to take shopping, to the beach or any where you fancy. It has a crocheted purple flower star with a retro silver metal pierced button centre as a pretty adornment.
The shoulder bag has been crocheted mainly in beige with gold fleck acrylic yarn with a thin purple stripe. I then continued to edge and frame the bag with the same purple yarn.
The bag is approximately 14inches (34.5cm) long by 15inches (38cm) wide and the shoulder handles are just under 2inches (4cm) wide by 14inches (35.5cm) in length
The bag is hand washable in lukewarm water. Lay flat to dry to help maintian it's shape.
