The illustrations by Alice & Martin Provensen , I think, are just so endearing! I came across 'Animal Fair' on a second hand book stall outside Exeter Cathedral some years back - sadly part of it was water damaged and the pages are coming out, so I bought it anyway! I have so enjoyed using some of the pages for this picture box project, I hope you like them too x

The wonderful vibrant illustrations of the 50's & 60's are here in all their glory with this vintage covered picture!
Pages taken from vintage books have been used as a background, to which I have added some gorgeous illustrations from 'Animal Fair' by Martin & Alice Provensen. The picture has a small length of vintage French fabric and a vintage button added.
The picture measures 20.5 cm x 20.5 cm and are 3.5 cm deep, and has a hook on the reverse so it can be hung.
The type of box frame that I have used for these pictures is very light, weighing only 175g .
l will wrap and package picture with care to ensure safe arrive.
