Item details
Please note that I've used real horse racing results from newspapers as a collage effect to create a sense of wind and rain against a dark, stormy, night sky!

Full description
Giclee, fine art print of original illustration.
A/P's
Signed, Stamped and A/P titled Giclee print on canvas set within a cream mount and black frame.
Old Glasgow on a windswept, rainy night.
The city's transformation has begun but it leaves a sparse landscape of the Glasgow man's life. His work, his pub, his bookmaker and, of course, his home.
The warm lights from each window work as a beacon to his next destination. Genuine horse-racing sections from newspapers work as a collage to re-create the rain, mist and steam.
This offers a unique memory and portrait of Glasgow. For those who would prefer a keepsake minus the twee.
Bespoke framed and ready to hang.
Framed size: 80 x 34cm.
Please note that the framed prints can only be delivered within the Glasgow area. To ensure it arrives in perfect condition, I will deliver personally as part of the total cost.
Smaller, mounted prints are available on the website and can be posted to anywhere in the UK and abroad.
