This bag called Fauna has been created from a skirt that my friend gave me because it was too small for her – so it is upcycling at its best! The fabric is very beautiful. It is printed linen in pale blue. The bag is lined with a gorgeous turquoise silk and has a zipped internal pocket.
It has two black plastic handles that have been stitched to the bag with self fabric loops. I have placed a piece of plastic canvas in the base of the bag. The bag has been interfaced to give it structure. I have decorated the front of the bag with a selection of 9 different coloured vintage buttons.
I think this bag is very unique so if you like “different” and “special” - this is the bag for you!

Bag is 21cm (8.25ins) wide at top and 27cm (10.5ins) wide at bottom x 26.5cm (10.5ins) deep
Base measures 27cm (10.5ins) long x 6.5cm (2.5ins) wide
Internal pocket is18cm (7ins) wide and 9cm (3.5ins) deep
