I have been making sock animals for less than a year but I have really enjoyed making each and every one. I try to make each one unique in some way and think carefully about what character would suit it best as I make it. This one is my first one using knee length socks. That is what gives her the long limbs and tail. As she had quite a patterned body, I decided that she needed a plain outfit. I am really pleased with the result

This adorable long limbed sock monkey is made from brand new cotton mix socks and stuffed with british standard pillow stuffing. She is a creamy tan colour with peachy, pink flowers and a little green leaf. She is wearing a white hat and sleeveless jumper which can be removed.

She is approximately 64cm from head to toe, so much longer when hanging from her arms.

She is ideal for the bedroom or nursery of any little person.

Please be aware that if she was placed in a baby's cot, her long limbs and tail may cause a hazard.
