Full description
I have remade my Union Jack cat collar to be made out of webbing and ribbon - and this isn't any old ribbon, but woven ribbon I have had made to my own design by a British company, so you won't find it made by anyone else! The ribbon is sewn to red 3/8" webbing. It also features a cute silver tone metal crown charm which is approx 1cm in size and is attached directly to the bell ring by a tiny split ring for strength.
If you're a patriotic Brit or wannabe-Brit, or were just rather excited about the Royal Wedding, the Jubilee, or are supporting Team GB in the Olympics, you will definitely want to get your kitty dressed up too!!
All my cat collars have a breakaway buckle which splits under moderate pressure, so if kitty gets caught on something, the collar breaks apart to set him free. It also has a removable jingle bell on a split ring, which the charm is attached to.
Please note that as this ribbon is woven (unlike my other ribbon collars), it is more susceptible to fraying if your cat likes a good scratch. However this is good quality ribbon and I have found that a few frayed threads does not really affect the clarity of the design; you can always carefully snip the frays off if it bothers you!
This collar is 1cm (3/8) wide and adjustable in length from 20-30cm (8"-12"). I can make smaller or larger sizes though - please leave a note when you check out, or send a message before you buy. All my collars are made in my smoke-free (but not pet-free!) home.
