This Fabric Art Card is a great size to be used as bookmark or could even go in a frame.
I have hand painted in watercolour onto a background of teabag tissue. This tissue was bought from a fellow Etsy seller and is quite unusual and unique. The perforated surface gives a cloth like appearance and as it is ironed onto interfacing before painting, I was then able to machine stitch into it making up a seascape of subtle colours. I added some sparkle yarn and a bit of art yarn to give extra texture to the sea and made a little fabric boat as a focal point.
I made a batch of these cards from the same piece of handmade fabric so the one you receive will not be the exact one in the photo but almost identical.
Card measures 7x18cm and comes with a plain white envelope and clear cellophane sleeve for protection.
Card is left blank for your own special message.
I use white linen embossed card stock for a quality finish and work in a smoke free, pet free home.
