I had just enough of this lovely brocade from making a full corset (listed separately) - instead of trimming it with purple, I chose a light old gold acetate to make the shoes reversable. Girls are always being given pink things but I am not a major fan of pastels. This appealed to me because there's no rule that says pink can't be a strong colour too.

Full description
This pink is not a weak pink. It says 'OY!' but with a smile and major style. There are stylised chrysanthemums peeking around the corners, scrolls and petals in gold and a very subtle purple. Inside, I chose a light acetate silk in old faded gold to complement the strength of the pink. Completely reversible, I can customise them with 'grippy' dots on the sole if you would like at no charge. There's something incredibly positive about this shade of pink and I like to imagine the baby wearing them will be a little sunbeam in the supermarket queue or cafe where their presence will make someone smile, just for a minute. Smiling really helps :-)
For measurements, I'd estimate a baby of up to six months could wear these in comfort: But since they are all unique, the heel to toe length is10cm. Allow lots of wiggle and grow room! Please convo me for any more information you'd like on the style, fabric or size. These are all sewn in a smoke-free, pet-free home by me, Susan. I am a trained corset-maker, apprentice iconographer but love to make baby things after my daughter inspired me (and kept me on the couch for a year).
