These knives make an ideal addition to your kitchen or dining room or a suberb gift for that difficult to buy for gentleman in your life.
A stylish design based on classic curves these fit snugly into the palm of your hand, they are well balanced and a pleasure to use with a high quality stainless steel blade.
My previous supplier has stopped offering the blades I used to use for these, so I am pleased to announce that I am now buying in much higher quality blades direct from the manufacturers in Sheffield, and they really are of suberb quality. Fully hot forged from Martensitic steel bar. They are then ground, glazed and rumbled before being fully cuttled, mirror polished and hand-finished. I also have them 'black etched' with 'Stainless Sheffield England',
Finish on the handle is my own blend of 100% natural oils and waxes (beeswax, carnauba wax & food grade walnut oil - all edible ingredients). Washable, and the finish is easy to maintain at home with simple walnut oil, available from most supermarkets and health food shops. Full instructions on care are provided.
