I love children's drawings and think they should be kept, cherished and shown off. This cushion is a great way of doing just that and because I sew over the drawings in bright sewing threads they resist fading and become an heirloom item. Customers have made these as gifts for grandparents mainly but I did have one customer order 10 as Christmas presents using different drawings for most of her friends and family!

Prices start at £35 for a simple drawing going up to £55 for more complex drawings with writing. Once I have seen your drawing we will discuss prices based on how long I estimate it will take me to sew.

The price includes a natural duck feather pad measuring 46 by 46cm.

Please contact me to make a custom cushion or other item using your drawings. Once I have seen the drawing (please scan and email it to me or photocopy the original and post it to me) we can discuss colours, price and timescales.

I can make this cushion and post it out to you in about 7-14 days.

When we moved house I wanted to give my good friend Lois and her family a special gift so that they wouldn't forget us in a hurry.

Jessica, my 4 year old daughter, had drawn a lovely picture of our family and Lois' family together which I wanted to use in some way so I came up with the idea of stitching this drawing and making it into a cushion.
