Full description
This beautiful Ring has been handcrafted from 99.99% pure silver which doesn't tarnish as it doesn't have the additional metals that are incorporated in sterling silver. The silver has been recycled from the waste of the silver industry so is 100% environmentaly friendly!.
These rings are made by imprinting a leaf skeleton into the silver, they are then fired and aged using a patina, then the raised surfaces are then been polished so that the beautiful pattern of the veins stand out against the highly polished silver. I also have the matching pendant and earrings for sale in my Folksy shop.
Due to the nature of the silver I work with some of the pieces may have tiny imperfections, I personally love the look of these minor flaws as it adds to the rustic charm of a piece and it emphasises the fact it has been made by hand and not from casts or machines!.
