Handmade, recycled silver jewellery inspired by nature

Full description
I made these whale tail earrings from silver clay which is the purest form of silver (99.99%), It is environmentally friendly as the silver used has been recycled from the waste of the silver industry.
I formed the whale tails by hand from silver and kiln fired them, I then polished them by hand and popped them in my tumbler for a few hours to add strength, durability and give them a beautiful high shine.
Each whale tail is 2cm wide and 1.7cm tall (to the top of the little ring), they hang from handmade sterling silver ear wires and are sold in a recycled cardboard 'Wild Silver' jewellery box.
The matching whale tail pendant seen in the last picture will be available in my Folksy shop soon.
The earrings pictured above are a sample, all pieces are individually handcrafted and as such may differ very slightly from that pictured.
