Perhaps it's because I live in house full of boys, or maybe a nostalgia for childhood memories...but I wanted to create a rag doll that was beautiful and modern, perfect for boys and girls of any age (!) - a new take on a well loved tradition.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A beautifully made RagdDoll, with a soft calico body, and lovely long limbs. Each doll will be made to order and measures approximately 28" from head to toe. The face will be hand embroidered with a little felt mouth. You can choose a boy or girl ragdoll, please also specify preferred hair and eye colouring. All dolls will have a little wool beanie with felt motif (heart for girls, star for boys).
The dolls are made from new calico material and toy filling, all other materials are upcycled fabrics wherever possible. The clothes are simply but carefully sewn, but in keeping with the style of the rag doll are not intended to be masterful creations, just naive and thoughtfully created.
These dolls are absolutely gorgeous, a charming but very modern nod to the traditional rag doll that will be a treasured keepsake for years to come.
I would be happy to incorporate an item of favourite clothing or material into the doll's clothes, this is a lovely idea to create a treasured gift for a child, teenager or loved one, or simply as a lasting memory of times gone by for yourself. They would make a beautiful christening or bridesmaid gift.
