Our ‘Buff Sussex’ Lavender Hens are hand knitted from King Cole 100% merino wool, trimmed with Sirdar Denim yarn (cotton/wool/acrylic mix). They have felt combs and beaks, cotton wattles and faceted bead eyes. The hens are filled with British lavender and polyester fibre (which conforms to BS Standards Cleanliness BS Standard 1425, Fire Standard BS 5852, BS Standard 5665, EU Standards EN71 and carries the CE mark on the packaging).
These beautiful hens are ideal for hanging from door handles or placing in drawers or wardrobes to both fragrance and repel moths. Each hen is approximately 8cm (3”) long from beak to tail and comes ready to hang.
