As soon as I saw the larger faceted apatite beads I recognised them as a 'must have' - it was the first time that I had come across apatite, and I couldn't resist them.
I have used them very sparingly, wanting to make sure that I used them well. I think they look great with these smaller, deeper blue apatite beads.

Full description
Made with two different but complementary apatite beads, these earrings show off apatite at its best.
The larger of the beads is 14 cms and faceted, while smaller one is 6 mm and is a deeper shade of blue.
The total drop of these semi-precious gemstone earrings, when measured from the bend of the earwire, is approximately 5 cms.
I have hung the larger bead with two ornate tibetan silver beadcaps, and hung the earrings on silver-plated wires. (I can change these to sterling silver for a small additional charge if preferred).
