Fun, unusual and eye-catching ornament for the garden!
This little chap would look great on a tree, fence or wall.
He has been made using a solid weatherproof material for the base, which has been mosaiced with orange irridescent glass tiles for the main body area which really sparkle in the sunlight, giving out a rainbow effect depending upon the viewing angle.
An aqua coloured tile with gold streaks makes up the central panel which is outlined in shiny black vitreous glass. Glass nuggets are his toes and eyes, and tiny millefiori have been added at random on his body. A beautiful black glass nugget with an orange flower adorns the central panel.
The grout is black, and the base is a marbled/mottled pattern in muted green grey and terracotta colours.
He comes ready to hang on a screw, or a large headed nail; so that he can hang at a jaunty angle either to the left or right, and would also be an unusual conversational piece for a patio or seating area.
He measures approx. : 26cm x 26cm
All my mosaics are designed by me and made with care.
The materials used are weatherproof, but would recommend bringing him indoors in extreme conditions. As with all glass products, take care when handling and/or cleaning. Not suitable for children.
