Full description
The pendant is hand made from sterling silver and measures approximately 2.5cm. Texture is added to by putting silver sheet through a rolling mill with vintage lace. The discs are then cut out and small holes are drilled through the centre and then domed, to produce a lovely crinkled effect around the edge. The edges are then filed and sanded. Blue turquoise enamel is then sifted on a small silver disc , which is then heated in a kiln at 900 degrees for 30 seconds. The discs are then riveted together using silver tubing. This is slightly loose to allow for they movement of the discs to produce a soft tinkling sound. The pendant hangs on a delicate 18” (44cm) silver trace chain.
