I love magpies and the superstitions that surround them. I have a single magpie tattoo on my foot, I wear this necklace to create the 'lucky pair' of magpies!

One for sorrow, two for joy
The superstition goes that to see one magpie is unlucky, because he's lost his mate.
However, if you greet him and say good morning, he'll make sure only good luck comes your way.
The front of the pendant has a simple yet detailed monochrome image of a magpie.
The reverse features the greeting - 'good morning mister magpie'.
This gorgeous magpie necklace will bring you luck and joy whenever you wear it.
Approx 3.5cm wide, 4.5cm long, however as each piece is hand made and drawn just for you, sizes may vary very slightly.
Your magpie will be hung from a 16 silver plated trace chain, with a 2 extension chain.
All of my designs are hand drawn with love and care, not printed or stamped, making each one uniquely special :)
