The idea for this Apple Bookend came to me because I needed something to prop up my ever growing book collection, which was getting so out of hand that I had to build an extra shelf. The apple idea was simply because I wanted something a bit different, and it has worked so well and I thought I’d make a few more…
This apple has been made from a vintage style yellow floral cotton fabric which is complimented by the checked wool apple stork and red chenille leaf. To give it the weight needed it has been filled with sand and stuffed with toy stuffing.
This Apple Bookend would make a cute and quirky addition to any home and looks great propping up your treasured books. It also makes a great doorstop.
Please note due to the weight of the item postage for this item is slightly more. Postage outside the UK will be marked heavy.
Measures approximately 20cm from base to the stork tip.
Sponge clean only.
