This bear has a classic angular and aristocratic face, which strangely, when the ears are sewn in differently, looks more like a dog! He's certainly unique. For his nose, he has the same purple used on the paws and ears sewn in as part of the design, so he is very different to other bears. It's also tilted his face slightly to the left, so he has quite a cute expression!

Full description
This bear is a new design for me, and he has a kidney bean shaped body with smaller fore paws and larger foot paws. I've experimented with the design by sewing in a nose with the same ultrasuede used for his paws and inside the ears. Also, the ears are sewn more like flaps, so he looks a little dog-like!
As he was made with glass eyes and jointed arms, legs and head; he is not suitable for children. He also has a belly filled with plastic pellets and polyester to give make him extra squishy and cuddly. But not for the kids! You could display him on the top shelf though, well out of the way of the children until they are a little older.
Made with Helmhold Mohair fabric, a company with 100 years of experience in making top quality mohair bear fabrics, he also has beautifully soft paw pads in ultrasuede that really accentuate his unusual appearance and authenticity. Along with the top quality fabric, he also has hardboard and metal 'cotter pin' traditional joints and black glass eyes.
This 'Artist Bear' really is rather special and would make a beautiful gift for a collector or just a lover of the unusual. Like all mohair jointed bears, he is not washable and should be carefully surface cleaned only.
