Originally my Mum tried using this yarn but gave up. She told me, try it yourself Nancy but it's so fine it's like knitting with a thread. She thought my patience wasn't up to it. Doesn't say much for her opinion of me, the snippy daughter! However, the quality of the yarn is so beautiful that it was a pleasure to knit with. I also got addicted to the lace pattern and made sure to watch one of my favourite rom-com as I worked - my favourite for this film was The Holiday - a little out of season but then that's Nancy!

Long skinny scarf in warm lightweight multi-coloured cotton in a hand knit lace, inspired by Nancy's friend Pippa who simply loves the colours of Spring. Embellished with knitted and crocheted flowers and beads, this beautiful everyday scarf is bright enough to cheer you up on even the dullest Spring morning. Pippa Springtime scarf is long enough to wear loose or wrapped around several times and will tend to tube into shape, making it even skinnier and easier to wear. Approx length 175cm
