Full description
This design is based on a photo of the rocks at the beach in north Devon where we stayed this year, the layers of different types of stone weaving across the beach through the rockpools.
The design is worked onto the bag with contrasting thread, stitching a layer onto the main fabric.
I really like the colours in this bag and think the suiting weight fabric has a texture of its own to give the picture.
there is a backing fabric to add solidity. Lifting the front flap (held in place by the front shoulder strap) the inside of the bag is lined with a lightweight fabric. against the back wall of the bag there are 2 pen pockets and another suitable for a mobile phone or make-up.
There is a central divider to retain the shape of the bag, it does not reach the bottom.
Important seams are double stitched for strength
