Working on the organic farm and weaving mill, where the tweed is made, gives me the opportunity to be creative with the 'off cuts' when I get home... from the sheep on the fields to the textiles produced, each step of the process is done with care and attention to detail, producing some of the finest cloth that works hand in hand with nature instead of against it... helping making that cup of coffee taste even better!
