I'm a massive fan of vintage imagery and stumbled across some old photographs of children's playgrounds that featured a stunner of a pier-end ride consisting of mini cars attached to a carousel. I figured the kids would have lots more fun if they were off on the open road!
Fun is mandatory at Little Peach Towers, and I always try and capture that in my work, I hope you think so too!

Lana Del Ray's got nothing on these happy chappies - they were born to ride!
'Born to Ride' is a 2 colour limited edition screen print by Sally Leach. From an original illustration by Sally it was hand printed in her home studio, with the strict supervision of Daisy the cat.
It is printed on delicately textured 300g Somerset printmaking paper in soft white. It measures 8 x 10 and fits perfectly in a frame of this size.
Each one is signed and editioned by Sally, with a date stamp on the reverse. This is from a first edition of just 30.
It is printed with water based inks, in Candy Pink and Dusty Blue
The print is available unframed, and is delivered in a cello-wrap and sturdy board backed envelope.
