I've always loved wire work and chain maille, and after working with wire and beads on my stained glass work (see Raven's Stained Glass, also on Folksy) going into jewellery making was almost a natural progression for me.
Nevar is my new venture, born from that progression.

This delicate necklace will look stunning worn on your wedding day or at a special evening event and is sure to attract attention. It is suitable for both brides and bridesmaids.
Silver plated wire was coiled and then woven into individual spiral 'beads' and slipped onto silver plated pins. The slightly iridescent pale blue Czech glass beads are also on silver plated pins and have silver plated sparkling beads on either side of them. The individual pieces were then joined into the beautiful necklace you see in the photo. It is finished with the addition of a silver plated clasp and a beaded extender chain.
This beautiful necklace measures approximately 44cm, or about 17 inches long and is presented in an silver gift box.
