Full description
This ivory miniature top hat is made from a triple layer of stiffened sinamay millinery fabric and is the perfect size for a fascinator. Comes lined with a petersham head ribbon and is ready for you to trim! Just add elastic or headband for securing to the head (not included but available in my shop!)
