Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Each cushion cover is made from cotton calico with cotton appliqué and supplied with a duck feather cushion pad.
The cushion will either be 15" square or rectangular, measuring 13" x 17".
Please contact me with the name you wish to be appliquéd, the style of cushion (i.e. 'Emily' or 'William') and stating which shape you would like - names with more than 5 letters will need to be rectangular. If the name is very long it may be necessary to discuss making the letters smaller, at an angle or a possible extra charge if you would like a larger cushion.
If you have your own idea for a design or colour scheme, I will try make it to your specifications.
Please allow a little longer for these to be made, but I will try to make and post personalised items within 7 days - if it is unlikely, I will let you know at the time of ordering.
