I've been making piglets as gifts for many years - my sister wore the first one I made on her shoulder in about 1979! Said sister suggested I knit some 2012 Olympic Piglets because I love the games so much & this is how Olympig came about - I hope you like him! I am making these to raise money for charity - my Dad's Church and my favourite Greyhound Charity.

Olympig is looking forward to celebrating everything sporty this year, with his colourful Olympic ringed back he will join you in supporting your favourite team, whether you take him to the stadium or sit him on the telly . Olympig is 5 cm tall and is 9 cm from his snout to his wiggly tail. Olympig has no sharp or loose parts; everything is stitched. Because each Olympig is knitted individually, your piglet will be unique. . All profits from Olympig will go to Charity.
