Full description
Artificial floral pieces, originally made for use in the theatre by David Bloor, last of the flower makers, using Victorian tools and methods. Years later, they were reassembled as a brooch by his grand-daughter, Louise Bloor, for the family emporium. Made from hand-dyed lawn cotton and wire, glued to a silver-coloured brooch pin. Size 80mm x 60mm.
A soft, seasonal brooch in glowing autumn colours, assembled from cotton leaf and flower pieces. A perfect combination of the vintage and the hand-made.
You'd need to keep this item dry. And it's not be suitable for young children.
