You can never have too many pin cushions, really you can't :) I have one by my machine, one on my sewing desk and another that I've put down somewhere or other...
This patchwork pin cushion made from a selection of high quality quilting cottons and linen. I've used stamps to print sewing themed images on some of the squares using fabric ink.
This pin cushion measures 4.25"/10.8cm square so plenty of room to keep your pins and needles in good order. It's filled with polyester stuffing and finished off a small 'sew' label and finally a button on either side.
This would make a fab addition to your sewing kit or a great gift for any sewist really.
