WELCOME to Make Me Roar. I am in the process of updating my Folksy shop with all my amigurumi patterns.
My monster making obsession started when I made a sock monkey for my friends' new baby. I then started to adapt the pattern, added some horns here and some fangs there. What I ended up with was a collection that I could only describe as a random selection of 'sock monsters'. And now you can make your very own sock monster with one of my Monster Takeout kits.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This kit has everything you need to make your own sock monster. It can make 1 regular monster and one mini monster (or key ring monster) The kits includes:
1 pair of colourful striped clean socks
Buttons for eyes
Buttons for embelishment
Monster Stuffing
Detailed monster making instructions
Ribbon and metal key ring
If you have a colour preference for the socks, please let me know and I'll do my best to match it.
In addition you will need - scissors, needle and thread and basic sewing skills.
Younger monster makers may need a little help with some fiddly hand sewing. This monster can be hand stitched but a sewing machine will speed things up.
