I love trying out new ideas for patterns I'm writing with left over lengths of yarn. Gradually they multiply until I have a little selection like these. They are perfect for stitching on to bags, cardigans, cushions or hair pins.

Full description
This is a small group of nine cotton samples that I have made recently whilst working on a variety of patterns. All of them are worked in cotton yarn and created in a smoke-free environment. They would be ideal for sewing on to bags, clothes, cushions, clips etc. Sizes as follows (from left to right):
small pink bell flower 4cm or 1.5"
small blue flower 4cm or 1.5"
small turquoise flower 3.75cm or 1.25"
pink & mustard motif 7.75cm or 3"
mustard motif 10cm or 4"
pink 3 tier flower (top row) 6cm or 2.25"
pink 2 tier flower (below) 7.5cm or 2.75"
dark pink flower with contrast edging 5.75cm or 2.25"
white fine cotton motif 6cm or 2.25"
Apart from the white fine cotton motif, the other motifs are crocheted using Rowan 'cotton glace', 'milk cotton' and 'handknit cotton'.
