Full description
A little needle case which would make a perfect Mother's Day present. Made using a lovely and colourful vintage Liberty tana lawn fabric in shades of bright red, cerise, golden yellow and bright green on a pink background.
The plain fabric is beige linen and has been appliqued with a heart and embellished with a vintage mother of pearl button. A fabric "needles" label has also been appliqued above the heart. The case has been lined with the Liberty fabric and has ties of bright red satin ribbon. The inner pages are made from matching red felt. The case has also been lightly padded to give it a more substantial, yet soft feel.
The case measures approx 10cm x 8cm (4 x 3) when closed and approx 10cm x 16cm (4 x 6 1/4) when open.
