Whenever I see good quality pearls teamed with haematite, I am reminded of the 1920's and the Art Deco period that followed. With these squares being corner drilled, the haematite takes on the diamond shape that is so popular with this style. The larger rice bead freshwater pearls fit perfectly in the centre, and made me think of the Flapper girls of the 1920's. This was such a fun time to go out and party!
I added in some flattened pearl bead caps, creating some sweet sterling silver flower connectors that connected the pendants. The traditional filigree pearl clasps really set off the Art Deco image I was trying to create, and I fell in love with it.

Full description
This set has the real wow factor and comprises a necklace, bracelet and earrings combination in an Art Deco style. The haematite diamonds are 14mm with beautiful white freshwater pearls threaded through the centre and linked together with 4mm faceted haematite rounds and 8mm rice beads.
The pendants on the necklace and earrings use flower connectors to link the various parts, and sway gently when you move.
The necklace hangs to 18" (46cm) plus an additional 3 1/4" (8.25cm) for the pendant.
The bracelet matches the necklace in design, complete with identical sterling silver classic pearl clasp. It measures 7 1/4" (18.5cm) in length.
The earrings hang 3" (7.5cm) in length from the top of the ear hook and are delicate in appearance. They are hung from sterling silver earring hooks.
This is a really lovely statement set to wear, and is multi-functional from office wear to going out in the evening. Why not give your mum a beautiful Mother's Day treat this year?
