Elegant Red straw based fascinator, which has a large black crin bow attached across the top of the straw base, stylish piece with black spot veiling.

The fascinator is easily attached to the hair by two silver crocodile clips either side of the underneath of the base.

I'd been thinking about 1920's style hats and I found I had the black spot veiling and red straw base and just suddenly had the inspiration to put all the materials to good use!!
