This Name Necklace comes with a silver bar (24mmx3mm) personalised with your name, date or initials. Includes 2 charms hanging on some silver trace chain – a 6mm silver puffer heart and a Swarovski Crystal birthstone of your choice (4mm bicone). Sterling silver. Comes with a 16 inch fine trace chain. This personalised jewellery piece is supplied in a luxury gift box.
