one of a kind embroidered zombie lady textile art.
this pretty free machine embroidered zombie lady just wants a kiss! she probably has something nice behind her back… oh, wait, that might be blood…
the girl is wearing lovely outfit in floral and pink gingham cottons, she has pale yellow striped hair, and stands against a pink background.
the fabrics are layered and appliqued onto pre-washed calico, before i draw detail onto them with free machine (free motion) embroidery.
her eyeballs, and the blood droplets behind her, are hand embroidered french knots.
(please note – due to winter skies, the pink background fabric has not photographed well – it is the same pink fabric as the bands on her sleeves and bodice, which are a far more accurate representation of the colour)
this cute little picture measures approximately
18cm x 13cm (7 inches x 5 inches)
and is 1.5 cm deep, stretched over a canvas frame.
everything is cut, stitched & drawn freehand by me, ensuring it is unique, well made and securely constructed.
i aim to post items out within 24 hours of payment, via first class mail.
