Four pinback button badges.
A moment of calm... Japanese poet Matsuo Basho (1644 – 1694) reflects on the gentle passing of the seasons in the haiku (traditional Japanese three line poems) on these handmade pinback button badges.
The words of the poems are overlaid on delicate images of the seasons: pink blossoms for spring; red poppies for summer; a chestnut for autumn; and snow for winter.
The colours and designs of these badges are subtle enough to suit any outfit and occasion.
Each badge is 1 inch (2.54 cm) in diameter, and the set is mounted on card and presented in a clear cellophane bag.
Items are packed in a padded envelope, and sent by first class Royal Mail. Postage charges are the same however many badges you buy. Original designs, handmade by me, Mike at Badge the Badger. For more badges, click "Badge the Badger" over on the right of this page.
