Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

These birds are a reserved custom order for my customer, Fred. Please do not try to purchase these birds unless you are Fred!
The cream/ivory bride has lace overlay wings and a delicate lace eded veil with beaded detail. The dove grey 'boy' bird has an eco felt grey breast and subtle contrast stitching on his wings. Both birds have black seed bead eyes and copper wire legs.
PLEASE NOTE : Although these birds are reserved for a customer, if you would like me to make something similar for you please get in touch!
I can create birds to suit most occassions, colour choices, or themes - and can even personalise birds for christening or birthday gifts!
