Full description
This mini round black fascinator hat base is made from a triple layer of stiffened sinamay millinery fabric and is ideal for miniature fascinators. Has a gentle curve that sits nicely on the head.
Simply attach elastic, hair comb or headband for securing to the head (not included).
Measures 2.5 inches/6.5cm in diameter (width).
Also available in white and ivory.
