Beautiful and highly original storage tin, perfect for jewellery or trinkets, in an attractive oval shape.
Silver in colour, the lid has been decoupaged with British stamps from the 1950s and 60s. These show a young and attractive Queen Elizabeth and have been arranged in a Union Jack design. Very shabby chic!!
The tin measures approximately 18 cm x 13 cm x 4 cm: the inside of it has been lined with a removable layer of protective foam, and the base is finished with felt. The decoupage has been sealed and finished with at least ten layers of gloss varnish, leaving it durable and wipeable clean.
