This Sailor Jerry tattoo inspired love heart with banner, is completely needle-felted from wool and sits on a dual pin back, which makes it wearable as a brooch or hair pin.
It can also be pinned on to an additional heart shape tulle veil, which is needle felted all round the edge and will make it a fabulous fascinator.
