I was asked to make a cute Owl Brooch for my sister in law... then her friends... then my mum... then work colleagues who spotted me beavering (or Owling) away at my desk!
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full description
The 'Lesser-Known Felt Owl' is a loyal and friendly creature and is happiest with it's owner, as a brooch on a t-shirt or jacket or pinned to a handbag for all to see - they love to show off!
If they manage to get themselves grubby, they don't mind baths too much, as long as it's a nice gentle hand wash in cool water.
These cute little Chubby Owls began to be made after I received a request for a pink and purple Owl Brooch. After that, requests from family and friends came piling in!
They are entirely hand sewn from felt from their beady eyes to their little yellow beaks.
On their back, a heart has been sewn to hold a brooch pin in place for attaching to a favourite bag or outfit and he is lightly padded with stuffing from a re-purposed toy.
They measure approximately 8.5 cm from wing to wing and 6cm in height.
I am happy to make these in any colour combination to order - please allow 3-5 days for the creation of your Chubby Owl :)
