Handmade soap with Tea tree and Rosemary essential oils. For face and body, also a great shampoo.
No Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (which damages and thins hair).
Nettles have long been used in skin and hair care. Naturally rich in vitamins and minerals, they are soothing and cleansing, and are especially good for problem skin. Nettles will leave hair clean and shiny as well as encouraging hair growth and tackling dandruff.
Jojoba oil is the most similar thing to human skin oil (sebum). This allows the oil to mix with the sebum without blocking the pores, allowing the skin to breathe.

Nettle and jojoba soap is a great regular soap for face and body but is also my favourite shampoo bar! Make some bubbles, then rinse away.

This was one of the first soaps that I made the recipe to myself, far off in the distant past of 2009. Also my favourite shampoo bar, it leaves hair soft and shiny. The trick is to follow up with a splash of lemon juice or vinegar (cider vinegar is good) in the rinse water before a final rinse, this leaves your hair super clean and shiny and is also good for your scalp.
