As Valentine's day is approaching I have designed some themed jewellery for the occasion.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
A handmade red polymer clay heart pendant is suspended on black satin rat tail cord. The heart is stamped with LOVE and painted with mica powder to give a subtly metallic finish. A final coat of clear matt varnish is used to seal the pendant.
The pendant measures 2.8cm at its widest point and has a 3.7cm drop including the silver plated jump rings.
The necklace length is 19.5" / 49cm including the silver plated lobster clasp.
The necklace is supplied in a gift box and would make a perfect valentines gift.
