I bought a bag of unloved kipper ties at a car boot sale, with the intention of making them into something. I manipulated them until I discovered I could form them into rose shapes. This is my favourite kind of project as it is a perfect example of recycling and I can hand sew while sitting in front of the TV!

The Ties Have It!
Corsages made from upcycled silk ties and felted wool jumpers. The corsages are approximately 5cm deep by 9 cm wide on average and would look lovely on a coat or jumper or even to decorate a hat!
Each corsage has a metal brooch pin on the back.
